Coaching
Initial Consultation – This can be completed either over the phone, email or virtually
Content – We will then come up with a coaching plan (either as part of a package or bespoke) and schedule in time to meet to deliver the sessions.
SLA and Invoice – If the participant agrees to proceed, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be sent for their signature and sessions will not commence until the invoice has been paid.

Questionnaire – We will send a questionnaire to the employer about what kind of consulting service they are looking for regarding employment services, business and training development, community engagement and/or media management and will send through a Service Level Proposal.

Career Clarity – Resume and Cover Letter
Initial Consultation – We start by getting to know you—your career goals, work history, and unique strengths. This allows us to tailor your resume and/or cover letter to your specific needs.
Draft Creation – Based on the information provided, we craft a well-organised, professional resume and/or cover letter that highlights your strengths and aligns with your career goals.
Review – Once the initial draft is ready, we send it to you for review. You can provide feedback and suggest any changes or additional information.
Final Edits – After incorporating your feedback, we make final edits to ensure the resume and/or cover letter is polished and perfect. We check for clarity, consistency, and format.
Delivery – Once you’re happy with your resume and/or cover letter, we send you the final version in multiple formats (PDF, Word) for easy sharing with employers.
Invoice – Invoice issued after client reviews the draft and confirms satisfaction with the work; payment due upon final approval.
